Shipping policy

All of our products are made in small batches at our Hinau Gully workshop and sent using NZ Couriers within New Zealand.

Target delivery times are overnight for North Island, 2 days for South Island, and slightly longer for any Rural Delivery addresses. Note that subject to courier network overload, there can be delays to target delivery times. We are not able to ship to PO Boxes.

Website orders are processed at 6am weekdays - any orders received after 6am will be sent the following day. Any orders placed over the weekend will be packaged and shipped out on Monday. We currently offer North Island shipping at $7.95, South Island shipping at $9.95, Rural NZ wide $14.95. Orders over $150 receive free-shipping nationwide.
